Every year, St. Clare Inn hosts 2 major fundraisers to help raise money for its operational costs. Since St. Clare Inn is entirely funded privately and receives no government support, these fundraisers are vital to keeping our doors open and their proceeds account for almost 40% of our operating costs.

Linda's Walk 2021!

 

Please join us for our 12th Annual Linda's Walk on Saturday September 25, 2021.

 

Due to COVID-19, we are continuing to offer participants with the option to either walk in person or walk virtually. The in-person option will consist of staggered walk times that paerticipants can register for.

 

Registration Prices:

Adult Registration: $25.00 

Youth Regsitartion (Ages 12-15): $15.00 

Child Registration: Free

 

Linda's Walk t-shirt is included with each registration!

 

The walker registration form and pledge form can be downloaded below. If you register through Eventrbite, you do not need to fill out the walker registration form, but please do take a pledge form!

We will also be having a 50/50 draw this year. 50/50 tickets can be purchased through Eventrbite, by phone or in-person the day of the walk. We will contact the winner.

Sips In Slippers!

 

Sips In Slippers, was the theme of our 2021 Annual Spring Fundraiser. Sips In Slippers was a virtual wine tasting event that guests enjoyed from the comfort of their own homes. A vintner and sommelier walked guests through the different wines and potential pairings. Guests and supporters also participated in an online silent auction, that featured a variety of wonderful items. 164 guests joined us for our very first online spring gala.

A special thank you to Trail Estate Winery, Decadent Catering & Fine Foods and the Chocolate Factory Toronto for provding our guests with a wonderful wine tasting package.

Linda's Walk 2020!

 

Our 11th Annual Linda's Walk was held on Saturday October 17, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the walk looked a little different this year. We offered two walking options to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our participants. The first was a staggered start time through our usual 5km through Don Mills and the second was a virtual walk that allowed walkers to walk at home or in their neighbourhoods. 

 

Thank you to all of those who walked, sponsored or donated to this years walk, your support is greatly appreciated! And thanks to your support this years Linda's Walk was a success!

Linda's Walk 2019! 

 

On Saturday August 17, 2019 St. Clare Inn hosted the 10th Annual Linda's Walk in support for homeless women living with mental health challenges. We wish to give a big thank you to our many volunteers, sponsors, participants, donors and supporters who made our 10th Annual Walk a huge success!

St. Clare Inn's 7th Annual Spring Gala was another huge success and we couldn't have done it without you! 

 

Thank you to all who participated in our annual spring fundraiser on April 13th, 2019. Your support has added greatly to the success of the evening and to the Inn. Thank you to the many volunteers who helped make the night one to remember.

Black and White - Oh, What a Night! 

 

Thank you to all who participated in our fundraiser on April 28th. Your support added greatly to the success of the evening. Our biggest event to date saw 265 guests enjoy the delicious meals of six different food stations scattered throughout Donalda. Our Frank Sinatra impersonator wowed the crows with his baby blues and smooth tunes, and our auctioneer got the whole crowd involved in the bidding for some pretty amazing auction items. Thank you also to CTV Toronto's Michelle Dubé for hosting the festivities in her usual graceful yet energetic style.

Thanks to our many volunteers, participants, sponsors, and supporters this year,

 we were able to raise approximately $46,000 for our St. Clare Inn Program.

St. Clare Inn's Annual Soirée was another huge hit!   230 people came out to the Donalda Club to join the celebration of St. Clare Inn's 10th anniversary.  It was a night filled with fantastic entertainment (Elvis was in the house), delicious food (make your own Taco Bar), a silent & live auction, and much, much more! Thank you to all who came and supported St. Clare Inn.  

 

With over $40,000 raised, all proceeds go to support St. Clare Inn and the homeless women challenged with mental health issues who call it home.

 

 

 

Linda's Walk 2016 

Saturday August 13, 2016 

 

Thank you for Taking a Step! 

This 5km walk typically raises over $40,000 for the Inn every year and we did it again this year...raising $42,550! Approximately 150 walkers, over 30 volunteers, many community members and local businesses joined efforts to make this day a success and raise money for homeless women who struggle with mental health issues. This year we were joined by the Honourable Kathleen Wynne. All funds raised go to support St. Clare Inn. Your support can change lives in ways you can't begin to imagine. Thank you! 

 

 

 

An Evening In Paris!

Saturday April 16, 2016 

 

Thank you to all who joined us for "An Evening in Paris" this past weekend.  The night was full of excitement while our guests enjoyed the musical stylings of our accordian player and student performers, the slight of hand of our magician, and the insights of our handwriting analysis expert.  Michelle Dubé steered 200 people through the ins and outs of our affair and together we managed to raise over $34,000 and counting for St. Clare Inn.  It was truly a fabulous group effort and the women who benefit from their stay at St. Clare Inn are very grateful to all. Thank You!
